These terms govern your use of Social Relay, provided by Sagiware. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Social Relay lets you connect TikTok and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and publish, schedule and analyze your content on them through our dashboard or API.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
- You only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only post content you have the rights to.
- You follow the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Instagram Community Guidelines, including disclosure rules for branded and promotional content.
- You do not use the Service for spam, for copying other people's content, or to get around platform limits.
- You keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for actions taken with them.
Publishing
Every TikTok post must be reviewed and confirmed by you in the dashboard before it is sent. Posts made through the API to Instagram are published as requested. Platforms may reject, delay or limit posts, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features depend on the TikTok and Instagram APIs, which may change. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or platform rules.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sagiware is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you publish.
