Data deletion

You can delete your data in any of these ways. Each one is immediate and permanent.

• One connected account: open Accounts and choose Disconnect. Its tokens, posts and metrics are deleted.
• Everything: open Settings and choose Delete account. All accounts, posts, metrics, media and API keys are deleted.
• From Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove the app. Instagram notifies us and we delete that account's data automatically.
• From TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove the app. Our access stops immediately; disconnect in Accounts as well to delete stored data.
• By email: write to contact@sagiware.com from your account email. We complete requests within 30 days.
